Description

This is a synopsis of Proposed Contract Action. This does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation to Bid, or a commitment, implied or otherwise. This notice is for a proposed contract, IAW FAR 5.201(b)(1), for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C. 3572 (previsouly 10 U.S.C. 2302b), as implimented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), ""Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."" The Air Force intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to�BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc.
