Description: The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to award a contract for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Medicare Administrative Contractor (hereinafter referred to as �the contractor�) to provide specified health insurance benefit administration services, including Medicare claims processing and payment services, in support of the Medicare Program (also known as the Medicare Fee-for-Service or FSS) for Jurisdiction B. Jurisdiction B includes the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin. This is the Final RFP following the Draft RFP that was posted on February 28, 2022.
