Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2028-08, effective 28 Oct 2022. Solicitation number: FA700023Q0011 North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS): 811490 Size standard: $8,000,000. Type of set-aside: Full and Open Competition The contractor shall provide all services for the operation of the Cadet Tailor Shop (CTS). Typical services include, but are not limited to, alterations, fitting/measuring, direct embroidery, marking, pressing, making name tags, name tapes, and patches, screen printing t-shirts, and executing special projects for cadet activities. The contractor shall provide management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that the Cadet Tailor Shop services are performed at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA), Colorado in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 30 Nov 22.
