Description

Title of Work: St. Thomas, AR Berm Re-Evaluation Item 754R. Project Description: The St. Thomas, AR. Berm Re-Evaluation Item 754-R project will serve Crittenden County and Mississippi County, AR. The work will consist of furnishing all plant, labor, and materials for the St. Thomas Relief Wells project, consisting of installing fifty-five (55) relief wells, associated grading, stone protection, and any incidental related work according to the specifications and plans. The work shall be located in St. Thomas, Arkansas along the landside of the Mississippi River Levee. The exact location will be indicated on the contract drawings. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5 million. Acquisition Strategy: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District (MVM) proposes to advertise this project as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsive/responsible.� Magnitude of Work: Between $1M and $5M Invitation for Bid: Will be issued on/about 28-MAR-2023 The resulting contract will be Firm-Fixed Price. The government reserves the right to award a contract from this solicitation. The Solicitation Number will be W912EQ-23-B-0004. A copy of the solicitation may be downloaded from www.sam.gov.
