Description

Project Title: Repair by Replacement of Steam Sterilization Plant System,�United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Disease (USAMRIID), Fort Detrick,�Frederick, Maryland. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:�The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District (NAB), has been tasked to solicit for and award construction�services for the Repair by Replacement of the Steam Sterilization Plant (SSP) System in an existing facility on Fort Detrick, in Frederick, Maryland to provide an Effluent Decontamination System (EDS) to thermally process effluent waste from an existing Bio-Safety Laboratory (BSL)-3 and -4 level.� The Government is seeking industry feedback regarding different potential courses of action on the procurement (i.e., incentizing, other transation authority, Design-Build requirements with Government Furnished Equipement, etc.).
