Description

The requirement is for providing Gardening-Landscaping Services to the U.S. Mission in Colombia.� The average annual number of square meters to be serviced per year is 28,000.� Please note these are only estimated quantities.� The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and two one-year periods at the option of the Government.� All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.� The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a FIXED priced type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference on March 27, 10:00 am. at the US Embassy Bogot�. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact Eila Sepulveda/Jorge Losada by March 22, 4:00 pm at the following email address losadaja@state.gov for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7 ***All questions can be sent no later than end of business day on March 31. Questions received after that deadline will not be answered.
