- Description
- The contractor shall provide all materals, travel, labor, supervision, and disposal required to perform the requirements for Firing Range Cleaning Services in accordance with the attahce Performance Work Statement as well as other attached documents. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small businesses. A Site Visit has been scheduled on 21 February 2023, 1:00 PM, Central Standard Time (CST). All interested parties shall notify the points of contact identified below before 17 February 2023, 4:30 PM, CST. Further information will be provided upon request of attendance. Mr. Jake Pederson will be the primary point of contact for this solicitation, please send any questions to jacob.pederson@us.af.mil in addition to the contacts associated with this posting. Please have any questions regarding this requirement sent to the point of contact(s) no later than 24 February 2023 in order for a timely response to be made. Amendment 1:� Please see the attached updated Performance Work Statement (PWS).� Paragraph 7.10. Anit-Terrorism and 7.11. OPSEC requirements were added to the PWS.� This document replaces the Statement of Work in the firing range solictitation package attachment.� Amendment 2:� Please see attached updated Solicitation Document. The following changes were made:� a.�A Site Visit has been scheduled as identified above.� b. The Request for Information or Questions due date has been extended to 24 Feb 23.� c. The quote or offer due date has been extended to 03 Mar 23.� Amendment 3: Please see attached amendment document titled�AMENDMENT 03 - FA465923QM002 a. The quotes due date has been extended from 03 March 2023, 10:00 AM, CST to 13 March 2023, 10:00 AM, CST b. The request for information or questions due date has been extended from 24 February 2023 to 08 March 2023. c. All other terms and conditions of the subject Request for Quote remain unchanged. AMENDMENT 04 - Please see attached amendment document titled�AMENDMENT 04 - FA465923QM002 and�Please see the attached updated Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 10 March 23. 1. The above solicitation is amended as follows: a. The quotes due date has been extended from 13 March 2023, 10:00 AM, CST to 21 March 2023, 10:00 AM, CST b. The request for information or questions due date has been extended from 08 March 2023 to 15 March 2023. c. The performance work statement has been amended to reflect OSHA standards. d. All other terms and conditions of the subject Request for Quote remain unchanged. AMENDMENT 05: 1. The aboive solicitation has been amended as foloows: a.�The quotes due date has been extended from 21 March 2023, 10:00 AM, CST to 30 March 2023, 10:00 AM, CST b. Questions with answers regarding this solicitation has been posting, see document titled�Firing Range QA_3_21_23. c. No further changes.
