Description

Amendment�W911S223B80000001 posted 21 March 2023 to�provide responses to Requests for Information submitted. Amendment�W911S223B80000002 posted 29 March 2023 to�provide responses to additional Requests for Information submitted and incorporate an updated Statement of Work dated 29 March 2023. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, plant, labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform all work in connection with construction of new and repair/replacement of existing asphalt pavement in accordance with the Statement of Work, Site Plans, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The Contractor shall perform the work in strict accordance with the contract and all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, codes, directives, and installation policies.
