ATTENTION INTERESTED PARTIES USTRANSCOM will be holding a virtual industry day on Wednesday, 5 April 2023 from 8:00AM - 10:00AM CST.� If interested in participating please RSVP to the POCs identified in the posting no later than Monday, 3 April 2023.� Respondents shall include participant(s) name, title, and email address to receive a TEAMS meeting invite for the event.�� In addition, 20-30 minute one-on-one engagement sessions are also available and will be scheduled by appointment only. If interested in participating, please notify the POCs identified in this posting. USTRANSCOM is seeking sources that possess the availability and capability to provide Port Operations & Related Transportation Services (PORTS) in connection with the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored cargo across multiple Combatant Command (CCMD) Areas of Responsibility (AOR).� Services will cover the full spectrum of stevedoring and related terminal services, including the handling of surface moving cargo, to include its receipt through disposition, and processing of cargo for simultaneous shipments via multiple surface modes of transportation as designated by the Contracting Officer (CO) or their appointed Contracting Officer�s Representative (COR) and Alternate Contracting Officer�s Representative (ACOR). �The contractor may be required to perform services 24 hours per day, seven days per week, for the specified Period of Performance, to include all official holidays. �A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is included (Attachment 3). SAVE THE DATE - The Government anticipates holding a virtual Industry Day on 5 April 2023 at 8:00 AM (Central Time U.S.), meeting invite to follow. Anyone interested in participating and/or knowing more about this requirement are invited to attend. Further, the Government would like to offer an opportunity for one-on-one discussions, which will take place after the Industry Day event. If interested in taking part in a one-on-one discussion, please notify the POCs identified in this posting to assist in scheduling.�
