- 30 March 2023 - ***�A�Draft Copy of the Solicitation has been uploaded.� The actual solicitation will be posted and interested companies �will only have 14 days to respond with their quote.��The evaluation criteria are not anticipated to change.� Companies interested in responding should begin working on the qualifications portion of their quotation.*** Pre-Solicitation Notice -�W9128F23Q0027 PHASE 1- CLASS III CULTURAL RESOURCE SURVEY,�UPPER MISSOURI RIVER BASIN On or about 31 March 2023, this office will issue Request for Quote (RFQ) for PHASE I CLASS III CULTURAL RESOURCE SURVEY IN SUPPORT OF UPPER MISSOURI RIVER BASIN with site locations in Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, and Iowa. The solicitation will close on or about 21 April 2023. This solicitation is restricted to WOMEN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. Site Visit: Site visit information will be issued with the solicitation. Project Description: The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, supplies, labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Phase 1- Class III Cultural Resource Surveys. This is a commercial non-personal service. Period of Performance: Base year 1-year with six month performance period, With 3 one-year optional periods (each with six month performance periods) The above project description is for information only. Project scope of work is subject to change. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 541720, Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities, with a size standard for Small Business of $28M.
