Description
This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order, IDIQ, 5 Year contract (Basic + 4 out years), the purpose of this requirement is to provide test, teardown, evaluation (TT&E), and repair services for the repair of the AN/ALR -56C Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) Low Voltage Power Supply (LVPS), 6130-01-521-2947 P/N 231364-301, that support Line Replacement Unit-2C (LRU-2C) repairs. The AN/ALR-56C system is the Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) installed on the F-15 aircraft. This effort is expected to be a limited competition acquisition. The following NSN: 6130-01-521-2947EW, will be repaired with estimated quantities of 220 each per year. NSN's 6130013163155, and 6130013898225 are inputs. However, Interested Party or Person(s) may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal(s). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within the 15 days after issuance of solicitation. OMBUDSMAN: All potential offeror(s) should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. When appropriate, potential offeror(s) may contact Ombudsman Thomas Eller at 478-508-0852.
