Description

The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit, located in/at 516 E. Nizhoni, Gallup, NM 87301, has an upcoming requirement for two (2) Board Certified/Board Eligible Physicians for the Walk-in Primary Care Clinic (WIPCC), to perform on-site physician services to the eligible beneficiaries of the Indian Health Service. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621111 with a small business size standard of $16.0 million.� The Request for Quotations No. 75H71023Q00036 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be issued on or by April 3, 2023.� Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by April 26, 2023, by 10:00 a.m. MDT. The acquisition is a total 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set aside.
