(ABOA): 4,400 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 18 Parking Spaces (Surface): 18 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Years (120 Months) Firm Term: 3 Years (36 Months) Option Term: Two 5 Year options (60 months each) Additional Requirements: Must have the space to accommodate an agency-owned moveable garage unit that will be moved or must have warehouse/ garage on premises. At least 800 square feet of garage space is required for agency storage. Must have an adjoining parking lot to the building. � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain.
