- Amendment 00002 - North American Industry Classsification System (NAICS) Code and Business Size Update The NAICS Code has been updated to 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, $40M Business Size Standard Attachment - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 70Z02323Q72140001 2023 Depoyable Command Center A00002 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 00001 - Questions and Responses 1. Are the lodging rooms needed for 4 nights checking in April 17th-21st? Yes we are looking for rooms from Check-in: 17 April; check-out: 21 April. However, USCG personnel will be scheduling using their own Government travel card for hotel rooms. This award will be just for the Conference Room Support. 2. How does the meeting space for 160 need set? Do you need theatre seating or rounds? Theatre seating, rectangular tables w/ chairs would work best as attendees would be able to see the screen. 3. For the 3 breakout rooms how many people do you need each room to hold and what setup are you requesting in those? Appx 35-40 people in each of the 3 breakout rooms; for setup, would need chairs for everyone, tables (rectangular); preferred theatre seating (a smaller version of the general session room). 4. A screen is not listed on the SOW. Do you need a screen for the general session room? Yes, a screen/monitor is needed to display the images from the projector in the general session room. 5. Do you need any AV in any of the 3 breakout rooms? No AV in the 3 breakout rooms. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This requirement is to provide conference space and lodging for Coast Guard personnel.�
