Description: This requirement is for the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE), Directorate of Training and Doctrine (DOTD), Fort Sill, OK, to develop, revise and publish all current doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) manuals. The Doctrine Division will continue to develop, revise, and publish all Field Artillery doctrine publications, and review and comment on Joint and Multi-National publications to meet their objectives.
