1.Solicitation issued 31 Mar 2023 with an estimated response date of 01 May 2023.� � � 2. Solicitaiton: SPRTA123R0056 3. Purchase Request FD2030-22-00265 4. Noun: Seal, Air, Aircraft G 5. NSN: 2840012057573NZ 6. P/N: 4061280 7. Applicable to: F100 8. AMC: 3P 9. History: Previously purchased from Raytheon Technologies Corporation on order, N0038312G001M UN5S, awarded 25 Sep 2014. 10. Description/Function: This item provides a positive seal for the 4th stage compressor disk and blade area. 11. New/Unsed Governmetn Surplus Only/ Part Number and Manufacture Verification / Prior Government Ownership - Authorized part number 4061280 (cage 52661) and no other part numbes are acceptable. OFFERS MUST ANNOTATE ALL PART NUMBERS BEING OFFERED. 12. Surplus Offerors shall complete and return the Required Information for Surplus Material Evaluation Form, in accordance with FAR 11.302(b). The Contracting Officer shall obtain approval/ disapproval from the Cognizant Engineer based on the completed form returned by the surplus offeror prior to accepting or rejecting the surplus offer. 13. Surplus items that do not conform to all of the above requirements, are not acceptable. Misrepresentation of any item by the offeror shall be cause for rejection and return of all items to the offeror at no cost to the government. 14. The part shall be in the original unopened package, labeled with the correct part number and NSN. 15. Dimensions: 16.1 inches long X 16.1 inches wide X .54 inches high, weighing 5.0 lbs. 16. Material: Composed of titanium alloy 17. Comprehensive Engine Management System Reporting Applicable 18. Export Control: Yes 19. Critical Safety Item 20. Contract Type: New manufacture / Firm Fixed Price 21. UID Marking Requirments: Bag and Tag 22. Quantity: The current required quantity is 113 ea. However, the required quantity may change therefore contractor shall provide proposed prices to the following ranges: A: 27-60 Each / B: 61-94 Each / C: 95-128 Each / D: 129-162 Each If the quantity ranges provided in this solicitation do not provide the best pricing option then the contractor shall submit quantity ranges that yield the best prices to the Government based the Min quantity of 27 ea and Max quantity of 162 ea. See clause 52.207-4. The quantity of this solicitation will be re-evaluated upon receipt of the contractor�s proposal. 23. New/Unused Surplus Only 24. Required Delivery Schedule: 10 units per month beginning 414 days ARO contract. Early deliveries acceptable. 25. Destination: DLA Distribution Depot Oklahoma, Tinker AFB, OK 73145 26. Mandatory Language: 27. Commerciality: Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. 28. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Interested parties are invited to contact the Ombudsman at (405) 855-3556.
