The services must allow for the connection of �the current equipment: 72 inReach SE, SE+, Explorer+, Mini and Mini 2 units. Service: One Garmin� DeLorme 3 interactive text message plan per unit��� ��� ��� ��� ��� ��� � The base period of performance is one year, and 4 additional option years. �� ��� ��� ��� � �� ��� � The applicable Size Standard is North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 517410 with a Small business size standard of $44M.�� ��� ��� ��� �� � ��� � The Observer Program has purchased numerous inReach devices and the system has been actively in use successfully for several years. The service fulfills a current, mission-critical government need. Contract renewal provides continuity of operations, and eliminates the potential safety concern and waste of costs if operations were to be disrupted. The services support mission-critical safety and communications needs with fisheries observers at sea through the inReach service.
