Description

The Pacific Northwest Research Station has a requirement for a Walk-In Coole and Freezer Condenser Evaporator Replacement and Associated Parts at the Corvallis Forestry Sciences Laboratory (CFSL), 3200 SW Jefferson Way, Corvallis, OR 97331.� This requirement and subsequent award is issued as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation IAW FAR Part 13.� Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Offerors are requested to review all attachments to this soliciaton, and provide the required information indicated below to have their quote considered responsive: a)� Email and use the Schedule of Items as a bid sheet, see page 3 of the solicitation package, and submit a quote prior to bid closing date and time. b) Review Evaluation Factors for Award on page 5 of the solicitation. c) A Site Visit will be held at: PNW Northwest Research, 3200 SW Jefferson Way, Corvallis, OR 97331 on April 12th, 2023 at 10:00 AM PT.� This will be the only day we will have a site visit, a sign-in sheet will be available at the site. Requested information must be emailed to Clauderene Washington at clauderene.washington@usda.gov. prior to bid closing date.
