Description

Amendment 0001 - 31 Mar 2023 (2 updates, attachment named ""FINAL"" is correct Amendment 0001) :�The purpose of this amendment is to update the addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors�Commercial Products and Commercial Services (NOV 2021) sections 5.1 and 5.3, to correct the page limitations for the technical volume. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** (1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation� for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) using FAR Part 13. �� (2) This acquisition is set aside for 100% for Small Businesses. (3) The provision at Addendum to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors � Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies to this acquisition. See attached.�� (4) The provision at Addendum to 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies to this acquisition. See attached.
