Description

The Procurement & Property Services (PPS) Special Project Operations Center (SPOC) is procuring fence material for the Modoc National Forest, Devil's Garden-Warner Mt Ranger District.� This is a�combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service, construction, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is 12970223Q0039 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).��The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-01. This is a Small Business Set-Aside, and the associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238990 (All Other Specialty Trade Contractors) with a small business�size standard of $16.5M. Product Service Code is Z1LZ - Maintenance of Parking Facilities. As a result of this solicitation, the Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price single contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the synopsis/solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government (as determined by the solicitation evaluation criteria).
