See attached N6660423Q0212 Amendment 0001. The Purpose of this amendment is to: (1) Change proposal due date from 4 April 2023 to 13 April 2023 at 2:00 PM EST, (2) Add provision 52.211-14 to Section L, (3) Add Clause 52.211-15 to Section I, (4) Remove Attachment 2 Drawings dated 12/22/2022 and replace with Rev. #1 Drawings dated 03/31/2023.(5) Remove Attachment 3 RI Wage Determination dated 02/13/2023 and replace with RI Wage Determination dated 03/17/2023.� All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a construction requirement for asbestos flooring removal and replacement.� Please see attached Solicitation (N6660423Q0212) and all attachments for full information and details regarding this requirement. Contractors do not have to be JCP certified to receive the Solicitation, including drawings, specifications, and photos, but they must have an active CAGE Code.
