Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command- New Jersey, on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager Maneuver Ammunition Systems, Picatinny Arsenal NJ 07806-5000, solicited and awarded W15QKN-23-D-0018 and Order W15QKN23F0195 as an undefinitized contractural award.� This action will be negotiated and awarded as a 5-year, sole source firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with firm fixed price delivery orders, to Aerojet Ordnance Tennessee (AOT), located in Jonesborough, Tennessee, funder the authority 10 U.SC 2304(a)(l) as implemented by FAR 6.302-l(a) (2), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This acquisition is for the production and delivery of the Depleted Uranium Penetrators a critical component in the 120mm Armor Piercing, Fin Stabilized, Discarding Sabot with Tracer M829A4 cartridge. Redacted Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competiton is attached.
