- Description
- The Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation Wing, Robins AFB, GA, will acquire consumable and depot level reparable JHMCS spares and repairs applicable to the F-15, F-16, and FA-18 aircraft as listed in the attachment. The proposed contract is for a three-year basic period, and three one-year ordering periods, with an option for a 6-month extension. Decentralized order and FMS apply. Drawings/Data are not available from the procuring activity. SPRWA1-23-R-0011 will be a written request for proposal for a firm-fixed price requirements contract for estimated quantities as listed in the attached. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Rockwell Collins ESA Vision Systems LLC (CAGE 6VSE4) pursuant to 10 USC 23094(c)(1). �Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Data is not available for this acquisition and the notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
