Description

Solicitation N00421-23-T-0009 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name Sole Source basis under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13.� Maintenance must be Atlassian Suite Data Center to ensure compatibility, functionality and meet all program requirements.� � Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.��This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. See Attached RFQ and SOW Award All or None Only quotes from authorized distributors of will be evaluated. Please provide a copy of your authorized reseller certificate. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received by 3:00pm est. on 9 April 2023 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
