Description
CONSOLIDATION SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Paving at Military and other Federal Facilities throughout New England. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) New England District, is issuing a Sources Sought Announcement for a MATOC-type contract to support paving and paving-related requirements at various Military installations and Federal Facilities throughout the six (6) New England states. The purpose of this announcement is to determine the potential impacts of consolidation, as described below. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237310. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued in May 2023.The total value of the IDIQ MATOC will be $15,000,000.00 shared across a pool of contractors. Work under this contract may paving construction, rehabilitation, maintenance or repair of areas to include, but not limited to roads, streets, sidewalks, and parking areas at Military and other Federal Facilities throughout the six New England States. Individual projects for repair or new construction will be solicited via Design-Bid-Build methodology. The work will be located within the New England District�s geographical boundaries (VT, ME, NH, MA, RI, CT). The Government is considering consolidating all described work into one procurement package. The results of this market research will be taken into consideration during the Government�s decision to consolidate this work. Please describe how consolidating this work into one pool of qualified contractors will affect the offeror�s ability to do the work, either positively or negatively. Interested firms should submit a response to this notice to include a discussion of the potential consolidation. Responses are due 14 April 2023. Responses should be emailed to Contract Specialist Heather Skorik at heather.m.skorik@usace.army.mil. Responses are limited to three (3) pages. The Government will not pay for any material provided in response to this market survey nor return the data provided. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request to be placed on a solicitation mailing list nor is it a Request for Proposal (RFP) or announcement of a solicitation. The results of this survey will be in effect for a period of one year from the date of this notice.
