Sources Sought Defense Contract Audit Agency Compensation Survey 1.�� �DISCLAIMER: �This sources sought is for planning purposes only and is not a request for proposal (RFP), invitation for bid (IFB), or an obligation on the part of the government to acquire any services. �Responses to this sources sought are not offers and cannot be accepted by the government to form a binding contract. �The government will determine if/how to proceed based on the results of this notice. �Companies that respond to this notice should not expect to receive feedback regarding submissions. �The government will not pay any costs incurred in response to this notice. �All costs associated with responding to this sources sought will be solely at the expense of the responding party. �The information provided in this notice is subject to change and is not binding on the government. 2.�� �LOCATION: �Online access for one year from date of award.� 3.�� �OBJECTIVE: �Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) has a requirement for a compensation analysis tool. �DCAA is required to review compensation packages of companies in comparison to other companies of the same size, in same industry, in same geographic area, and engaged in similar non-Government work in accordance with FAR 31.205-6(b)(2). Please see attached Purchase Description for further details.� The purpose of this notice is to determine if there are any interested vendors out there that can provide everything that is listed in the attached Purchase Description. � 4.�� �DESCRIPTION OF INFORMATION REQUESTED: �All interested vendors with experience as outlined above must provide a capability statement that includes the following: a.�� �Company name b.�� �GSA contract number c.�� �NASA SEWP contract number d.�� �Other government-wide contracts/numbers e.�� �Socioeconomic status(es) f.�� �CAGE code g.�� �DUNS number h.�� �Size of business relative to NAICS code i.�� �Mailing address j.�� �Name, telephone number, and email address for primary point of contact (POC) with the authority and knowledge to clarify responses with government representatives and can verify the demonstrated capabilities. k.�� �Any questions or clarification requests regarding the requirement. l.�� �Explanation and examples of how your company can provide everything that is listed in the attach Purchase Description.� m.�� �Examples of direct experience as a prime contractor providing everything that is listed in the attached Purchase Description� please provide the contract number, agency, the scope/value of the contract, the length of the contract, the functions you did under the contract, and/or the role your company played. n.�� �Examples of relevant non-prime experience providing everything that is listed in the attached Purchase Description� please provide the contract number, agency, the scope/value of the contract, the length of the contract, the functions you did under the contract, and/or the role your company played. o.�� �Identify your intentions to team or subcontract any work and what percentage of work you are capable of in your own right and what percentage you are subcontracting to similarly situated small businesses and what percentage to other than small businesses (large or non-profit entities). 5.�� �Any information provided by industry to the government as a result of this sources sought is strictly voluntary. �Responses will not be returned. �As a reminder, no entitlements to payment of any direct or indirect costs or changes to the government will arise as a result of vendor submission of responses or the government�s use of such information. �The information obtained from industry responses to this notice may be used in the development of an acquisition strategy and a future RFP if applicable. �The limit for all responses is 20 pages single-sided in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format with a maximum of 12-point font on an 8.5 x 11 page with margins of 1�. 6.�� �Interested vendors should submit their response through email to Thomas J.
