Description

We appreciate your interest in partnering with BARDA.� The latest BARDA Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) is amendment 40 posted on April 3, 2023. Added new AOI 8.4 COVID-19 Immune Assay(s) Development and Implementation, with a due date of May 3, 2023. Added new AOI 9.8 COVID-19 Monoclonal Antibody Therapeutics for Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), with a due date for White Papers of April 21, 2023. Added new AOI 9.9 COVID-19 Monoclonal Antibody Therapeutics for Treatment. Note that an initial Quad Chart/White Paper will not be sought for this area of interest. Offerors must submit Full Proposals in accordance with the instructions provided in Part VI Full Proposal Instructions of the BAA. All contracting related inquiries should be sent to BARDA-BAA@hhs.gov. BARDA will continuously review and expedite COVID-19 response related white papers and full proposals. Offerors should also complete the Submission Data Integration Table. The final white paper submission deadline extended to May 17, 2023, except for Area AOI 9.8, which has a deadline of April 21, 2023. The final full proposal submission deadline extended is May 17, 2023 for open areas of interest except AOI 8.4, which has a deadline of May 3, 2023 or as specified in the invitation letter.
