Description: The general scope of work includes planting 66 trees in a mitigation effort near the Council Bluffs levee.� The trees will be planted on the river side of the levee at a site accessible by roads. The requirements include removing dead trees and providing, planting, staking, guying and installation of no less than 66 trees.� Trees need to be maintained and watered through the plant establishment period and guaranteed for 1 year.� The contractor shall perform to the standards in this PWS.�
