Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE:� The 673rd Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska intends to award a firm-fixed price, single source service contract to CENMED Enterprises Inc. for services necessary to perform preventive and corrective maintenance (on-site) for Stellar M22 Lumenis Svs and Maint. �The NAICS code for this acquisition is 811210.The manufacturer was able to confirm the ability to provide the items of the requirement.� This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(i). The anticipated award date is 28 April 2023. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. �However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed. �Deadline date for the submittal is Friday, 07 April 2023 at 2:00 pm Alaska Standard Time. � A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
