Description

This pre-solicitation notice serves as a synopsis and is posted in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. �This is not a solicitation.� Vendors shall not submit a quote until the solicitation is posted to www.SAM.gov. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has the following requirement: DoDEA requires an expansion of the successful pilot elementary school programs to the secondary level, continues the development of on-line materials for military-connected schools, and builds DoDEA�s capacity to sustain the program. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710, Educational Support Services, and the applicable PSC is U009, Educational Support Services. �Interested parties shall be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.SAM.gov, prior to submitting their quotes. DoDEA intends to issue solicitation No. HE1254-23-Q-0002 in support of this requirement. This requirement will be procured using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� This requirement will be unrestricted.� The anticipated award contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract.� The period of performance will consist of a base year of 12-Months with four (4) 12-Month option periods.� The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 01 May 2023 and an award date on or about 30 June 2023.� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Attachment(s): 1.� An electronic, draft version of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) for Social, Emotional, and Behavioral (SEB) Support & Services for Secondary Schools Servicing Military-Connected Students is attached to this pre-solicitation notice.�
