Description
Job Order Contract (JOC) for Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) construction services at Fort Hood, TX Please note this solicitation requires offerors to enter a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). The NIST score is required before award. This announcement is a competitive 8(a) set aside, firm-fixed price, JOC for Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) construction services at Fort Hood, TX with a capacity of $200M. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238990 which has a small business size standard of $19 Million. The Product Service Code is Z1AA ? Maintenance of Other Administrative Facilities and Service Buildings The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 09 March 2023, and proposals due on or about 10 April 2023.Project Scope: The Contractor shall provide, upon receipt of a task order, all work, materials, supplies, parts (to include system components), plant, supervision, labor, transportation, and equipment (except when specified as Government Furnished), for maintenance, repair, upgrade and construction of real property facilities at Fort Hood in Killeen, Texas and the related services as specified in strict accordance with all the terms, conditions, special contract requirements, specifications, drawings, attachments, and exhibits contained in the contract or incorporated by reference as follows. The Contractors work and responsibility shall include all Contractor planning, programming, administration, and management necessary to provide all facets of work for the construction and related services as specified. The work shall be conducted by the Contractor in strict accordance with the contract and all applicable Federal, States of Texas, and local laws, regulations, codes or directives. The Contractor shall ensure that all work provided meets or exceeds the critical reliability rates or tolerances specified or included in the applicable documents. The Contractor shall provide related services such as preparing and submitting required reports, performing administrative work, and submitting necessary information as specified under this contract and within individual task orders. The scope of this acquisition includes SRM as well as minor construction projects at Fort Hood, Texas. Ordering period will be a one-year base and four 12-month option periods. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM Internet site at https://sam.gov/.
