COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION:�W9127N23Q0026 Aluminum ALGRIP Floorplates� Supply Only The Dalles Lock and Dam U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, PORTLAND DISTRICT 03 April 2023 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N23Q0026 for the purchase of 170 each (EA) Aluminum ALGRIP Floorplates to be delivered to The Dalles Lock and Dam, USACE Portland District, The Dalles, Oregon, is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please see the attached Specifications and attachments for a full list of requirements, quantities and materials required. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02. This solicitation is advertised as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 332312 Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.� The government requests quotes for the following items: CLIN�0001:�Aluminum ALGRIP Floorplates�(freight included), QTY:�170 EA Supplies/ Services will be inspected/accepted at: Government location Delivery Information: Delivery is NLT 16 weeks after award date of contract to the following location:�USACE � The Dalles Lock and Dam,�David Hovde or Jesse Alsup,�The Dalles Dam, Interstate 84 Exit 88,�The Dalles, OR 97058 Shipping FOB destination must be included in the offered price. Firm Fixed Price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. For offerors with a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), complete paragraph (b) of the provision and submit with the response to the RFQ. Offerors shall limit their proposals to no more than 10 pages.
