Description

STATEMENT OF NEED 1. GENERAL: The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) requires Artwork for the VA Tampa Mental Health and Domiciliary Clinic located at 8541 Temple Terrace Highway, Tampa, Florida 33637. The Artwork meets the VHA IDIQ specifications and high-quality threshold while integrating excellent environmental stewardship. 2. PURPOSE: The Mental Health and Domiciliary Clinic is a new facility with a projection of opening within the following year. The Mental Health and Domiciliary Clinic requirement is to procure Artwork for delivery and installation throughout the first and second floors of the facility. 3. SCOPE: This requirement intends to procure artwork to enhance occupied space at the VA Tampa Mental Health and Domiciliary Clinic at 8541 Temple Terrace Highway, Tampa, Florida 33637.
