Description

Contractor shall provide all needed labor, materials, parts (to Include system components), supervision, project management, equipment, quality, and safety assurance, and all other necessary resources as noted below to meet the scope objectives and requirements and to provide the required outcome in terms of overall quality, timeliness, and documentation. All work will be located at the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System - Fort Wayne Campus, 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805. All work shall be completed within 120 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This project will involve updating three underground storage tanks (USTs) to meet IDEM standards, installing a fully functional fuel pump for the USTs, and three interstitial sensor risers. The interstitial sensor risers are required for underground storage tanks per IDEM. The current ones are either beyond their intended life or malfunctioning. The fuel dispenser is for government use to fuel government equipment. Magnitude of Construction is between $100,000 and $250,000 The RFQ will be published electronically on or about 4/17/2023 ***END OF SYNOPSIS***
