Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; OFFERS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation number is W912D0-23-R-0333 and incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02, dated 16 Mar 2023. The NAICS code is 238160 with a size standard of $19M. Description of Requirement: The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to provide Inspections and repair of roofs for U.S. Army-owned Hospital facilities at Fort Wainwright, Fort Greely, and JBER Alaska. This procurement is Small Business Set- aside. The service period of performance (POP) will be a 12-month base plus two 12- month options.
