- All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Sheila Cooper at sheila.a.cooper4.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 11 April 2023. Solicitation N00421-23-Q-0209 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Trivium Solutions LLC for part number: NVRR3200 digial Recorded-Reproducer, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Offeror�s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database�prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be�accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. VENDORS MUST BE AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received. Items must be covered under the Manufacturer�s Warranty; Used or refurbished items will not be accepted.
