Description

This posting hereby publicizes the justification for special notice authorizing stand-alone sole source other transaction authority (OTA) - Prototype for Medium Earth Orbit Missile Track Custody (MEO MTC) Epoch 1. This justification for special notice provides approval to the United States Space Force to procure three additional satellite vehicles (SV), SVs 4-6, from Millennium Space Systems utilizing a stand-alone OTA in accordance with 10 USC 4022 (formerly 10 USC 2371b). Please see attachment for more details.� The referenced market intelligence for Epoch 2 has been posted under FA8810-RFI-23-01 -�RFI Resilient Missile Warning/Missile Tracking Medium Earth Orbit Epoch 2.
