Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Single Source announcement only. This is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Any responses to this announcement will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. This notice does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated for this effort. Purpose and Objectives The Federal Aviation Administration, Western Service area intends to award a Single Source, time & materials/labor hours contract with the Small Business Avantti Builders Group (ABG). The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541310: Architectural Services. This is a procurement for construction support to the modernization of the Denver International Airport (DIA) Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). ABG is the Designer of Record for the plans and specification for the ATCT modernization, under an earlier contract. It is in the best interests of the FAA to contract with ABG to provide construction support for their design documents.
