Description

The US Army Contracting Command-Redstone, Operations, Services, & Training Division, plans to obtain information to serve as market research to help identify potential sources that can provide the following research: Upgrade to TSC Kaiserslautern�s Vibration Calibration Workstation, consisting of eight (8) unique items. These items include: a type 3160-A-022-R which is a 2 input/output LAN-XI module, a type EG-7917 which upgrades the controller to windows 10, two (2) one year maintenance contracts for the upgrades, two (2) single seat licenses for the vibration calibration workstation, a delivery fee, and training from their application engineer. All these items are each unique and necessary for TSC Kaiserslautern to continue calibrating vibration items they have been supporting. This is an integrated system upgrade of the already existing system TSC Kaiserslautern utilizes to calibrate vibration items currently. The purpose of the upgrade is to enable the lab to pick up their old workload with newer software that prevents the corruption of files(the biggest issue). This system complies with all standards and will enable the lab to eliminate the slower turnaround time for these items by providing more sites for them to be calibrated. This system is fully sole source as this is an upgrade to the integrated system that is already in place and this upgrade will give TSC Kaiserslautern more vibration capabilities.
