- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Patuxent River (Pax) announces the FY23 Long Range Acquisition Forecast (LRAF) for NAWCAD Pax requirements. �Updates�will be made via this notice on a quarterly basis. 2QTR FY23 LRAF Attached. > This Special Notice is for informational purposes only and shall not be considered as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services.� Information provided on the LRAF is subject to change. In addition, NAWCAD Pax River will conduct an Informational Industry Day on 18 April 2023 from 0830 � 1200. The objective of this event is to enhance Government-Industry communication, conduct market research, and increase competitive opportunities for Industry in support of NAWCAD support services requirements. �NAWCAD will present valuable information on acquisition and small business opportunities. Industry Day will take place at: The Southern Maryland Autonomous Research and Technology (SMART) Building located at the USM at Southern Maryland 44219 Airport Road California, MD 20619 Seating will be limited.
