Description: Starting April 14, 2023, contractors handling bulk and packaged grain commodities will be required to�include the crop year (year of harvest) when recording inspection lot results in the Web-Based Supply�Chain Management System (WBSCM) Inspection Results Entry Screen for each line item of a WBSCM�Purchase Order (PO) that requires inspection. This change affects the current list of inspection�characteristics that need to be recorded, as outlined in the �Record Results: Characteristic Overview.�
