Description: The Thomas E Creek Amarillo VA Healthcare System is seeking a contract for inspections only for the hoods in Laboratory and Pharmacy and portable air cleaners. The C&A requirements do not apply, and a Security Accreditation Package is not required. This service is to include in the quote 3 extra round trip testing every 6 months if needed. These inspections will need to be performed during the hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
