Description

AMENDMENT 0001�provides a Q&A and extends the closing response date to April 15, 2023 4:00 pm EST. See Attached Amendment 0001 The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, test equipment, materials, replacement parts, and supervision necessary to perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) unscheduled, Inspection/Testing, Load Testing and Certification to keep all equipment in operating condition. The services shall be performed in accordance with Attachment 1 � Statement of Work (SOW). An Equipment Inventory List is provided to identify each system component (equipment) that requires maintenance service (Attachment 2). The Maintenance Task List is provided to define the PM requirements (Attachment 3). See attached Combined Synopsis / Solicitation for full details and submittal instructions.
