Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 and Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� Proposals are being requested and a formal written solicitation will be included as part of this submission, which is Request for Quotation No. N6449823Q5109. The attached RFQ contains all requirements for this synopsis/solicitation for support of supply to stock spares for the Cooling Tower Cooling System Tower Cells. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423830 with a small business size standard of $100,000,000. The Government intends to award a single contract to the responsible offeror that has the lowest total evaluated price with acceptable ratings for all other factors. Tradeoffs will not be made. All factors, with exception of price, will be evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis. If any factor is rated �unacceptable,� the offeror shall be excluded from consideration for award. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes:� Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price.� This office will not accept any telephonic, written, or faxed requests for a copy of the solicitation. The official media for distribution of this RFQ is www.sam.gov.� It is the Offerors� responsibility to monitor the web site for any amendments.
