Description: The contractor shall be a registered sludge transporter in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.� This includes being registered with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to pump and remove sludge waste and oil/water separated waste.� State registration must include the ability to pump, remove, or haul more than one type of waste.� The contractor is responsible for getting all approvals for the mixture of the wastes to ensure proper disposal.� The contractor is responsible for all waste spills during the performance of this contract.��
