Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center Philadelphia intends to issue solicitation 15B21723Q00000021 for the acquisition of Small Arms Ammunition for Annual Refresher Training. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing, FOB Destination with full delivery by March 1, 2023. Delivery shall be sent to the Federal Detention Center Philadelphia, 700 Arch� St.� Philadelphia�PA 19106. The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price. Past Performance (poor past performance, failure to deliver awarded items in the past, not meeting required specifications, etc.), may result with the vendors quotes being considered as a non-responsible vendor. Please include shipping in all pricing. INTERESTED PARTIES SHALL READ THE ATTACHMENTS WITHIN THIS SOLICITATION AND SUBMIT THEIR BID
