PR11587332 - FOJ - Catering services The Embassy of the United States of America in Budapest, Hungary is now accepting bids�for providing catering services for the Embassy�s July 4th event. Expected number of participants: 1,000 people. Only companies specializing in this field should apply for a solicitation package. It is compulsory for all companies doing business with the U.S. Government � because of the expected total amount - to register on a website called �SAM � System for Award Management� at www.sam.gov. The website compiles standard information such as a company�s legal name, street address, contact information, and the type of goods and services it offers. To register in SAM, an NCAGE code must be obtained first. There is no cost involved, neither for obtaining the NCAGE code, nor for registering in SAM. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to avoid any delay in making an award to the successful bidder.
