SYNOPSIS � SOLE SOURCE AWARD MyEvaluations.com Online Subscription AMEDDC&S The Mission Contracting Office, Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis, for the MyEvaluations.com Online Subscription. The applicable NAICS Code and Title are:� 518210 - Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services.� The size standard for this NAICS code is $40.0M.� The proposed sole source is a non-personal services contract to provide a subscription to an on-line, centralized database of information for use in evaluation the progress of students enrolled in the Physician Assistant program, located at Fort Sam Houston, Texas.� IDAPA (Inter-service Physician Assistant Program) Phase II Residency Program has a requirement for an on-line patient tracking program. This requisition is for AMEDDC&S, Fort Sam Houston TX which intends to issue a purchase order for the IPAP (Inter-service Physician Assistant Program) Phase II Residency Program which is held at 25 different sites around the country.
