SOLICITATION - W9128F23Q0059 -�MISSOURI RIVER RECOVERY MANAGEMENT PLAN ADAPTIVE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT.� Set-Aside: This procurement is Unrestricted�(Requirement previously Solicited as W9128F23Q0018 as a Small Business Set-Aside) Project Description: This is a commercial non-personal services contract to provide Adaptive� Management (AM) support to the ongoing development and implementation of the Missouri River� Recovery Program (MRRP). Services include structured decision-making expertise and guidance in the� collaboration with MRRIC and the updating and implementation of the MRRP�s Science and Adaptive� Management Plan (SAMP) for the piping plover and pallid sturgeon on the Missouri River. � NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for� solicitation is 541620 Environmental Consulting Service, with a size standard for Small Business of� $16.5M. Place of Performance: Locations will vary as to the needs of the Government but will potentially� include Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri. Only Electronic proposals are being accepted as per the instruction in the Solicitation Document �
