- The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed price contract to Affigent, LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source reasonably available. Affigent, LLC will be providing preventative maintenance support for Vista Imaging System to Northern Navajo Medical Center stated therein.The Period of Performance will be for twelve (12) consecutive months beginning from the Date of Award. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competing proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
